Conservation Commission Meeting

Meeting opened at 7:40 PM
1 - Minutes of the March 13, 2012 Conservation Commission Meeting read and accepted.
2 - Angela C. Panaccione of Brimfield sent her resume’ to the Holland Conservation Commission applying for work as “Agent” for the Holland Conservation Commission. She will call for an interview.
3 - Conservation Commission needs to write and submit data for the Town of Holland Annual Report.
4 - Donna Reed left a voice mail regarding trees being removed near the cove on 63 Mashapaug Road. Police were notified, responded and Conservation Commission will follow up.
5 - Discussed 221 & 225 Mashapaug Road right of way. Certified letters were sent to Hunt and Libretto families.
6 - David Kaitpenski notified James Wettlaufer as follows: he has placed a “boom” in the lake to protect from debris entering the lake while re-constructing the wall at 11 Craig Road.
7 - No new business before the board.
